Return and Refund Policy

To our lovely RowSews customers ! 

As RowSews manufacturers in small batches and is handmade, unfortunately we do not accept refunds for change of mind. 

However, if your RowSews product is faulty and is incapable of being used for its purpose please get in touch with us via “Contact Us” or email us at row@rowsews.com.au and we are more than happy to discuss this with you. 

Returns for an exchange will be granted if the product is returned within 14 days of receiving the item as stated in Australian Consumer Law. 

Unfortunately, we will not accept a return if damage has been created after purchase. Such as stains from bleach/chemicals or damaged caused by a washing machine.
